Updated August 2026: U.S. citizens do not need a passport for domestic travel to Culebra, but adults 18+ flying need REAL ID-compliant or other TSA-accepted ID. The Ceiba–Culebra ferry is currently about 1 hour 30 minutes; arrive about 1 hour early and remember boarding typically closes 10 minutes before departure.
